Shamus Reilly is the Design Lead and co-founder of Parking Space Place, a company focused on designing and building custom garages for homeowners throughout Regina and across Saskatchewan.

Coming from a family with deep roots in construction, Shamus developed a passion for building and design at an early age. Today he specializes in creating thoughtful garage designs that balance functionality, durability, and visual appeal. Working closely with homeowners, he helps turn ideas into practical designs that enhance both property value and everyday living.

From detached garages and workshops to multi-purpose garage spaces, Shamus focuses on designing structures that meet the needs of Prairie homeowners and stand up to Saskatchewan’s demanding climate. His goal is to make the design process simple, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s vision.

Construction Manager & Co-Founder

Shaun Reilly is the Construction Manager and co-founder of Parking Space Place, overseeing the construction of custom garages for homeowners in Regina and surrounding communities throughout Saskatchewan.

With extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, Shaun manages every phase of the building process, from site preparation and foundations to framing and final completion. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure each garage is built to be strong, functional, and durable in Saskatchewan’s climate.

Shaun works closely with clients, trades, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. His focus is simple: build garages that homeowners can rely on for years to come.
